Description
On The Line is an entry point to events surrounding Canada’s largest mass evacuation of people. In 2016 an out-of-season hellfire upturned an urban service centre situated deep within the world's largest woodland. A complex range of economic, social, political and environmental drivers has influenced the boreal forest's fire regime to a tipping point of collapse. This is occurring in a rapid and profound way from anthropogenic activity, leaving the question, where will we go when we can not inhabit the lands we have since our beginning.
